教育科学学院教师立足常规课堂教学,放眼宏观教师教育,探索教学改革新路,引领小教科研发展,课堂上教师们尽显风采,课下更是积极地进行教学研究。五年以来,共发表教改论文63篇,其中核心期刊24篇;承担教改项目21项,省(部)级以上10项。这些实践探索、理论研究,思索着教师教育的发展前景,关注着培养对象的素质要求,阐释着科学的课程理念,提供着具体的操作方案,展示着丰富的专业特点。
